- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. - Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks. - Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. - Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. - Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. - Ensuring that all procedure items meet the required quality standards and specifications. - Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets. - Working to improve purchasing systems and processes. - Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

- Bachelor degree in accounting/Finance/ Economic or related field. - Good command of English (Speaking & Writing). - At least 2 years in oversea purchasing environment is prefer. - Must be able to use office software packages (Word, Excel, PPT .ete.) Internet & E-mail. - Honesty, commitment integrity a must. - Ability be creative, hard-working, responsible, and Flexible to work. - Good communication and interpersonal skill. - Good at Presentation skills and able to work independently.
