Good communication skills in English both oral and written. Experience in similar position in hotel industry Being hands on, open minded and customer focus oriented. Sales knowledge to be able to be the person representing Theato Restaurant/Resort within the local community (Cambodians and Expats resident in Cambodia) customers as well as relation with our suppliers Expert with the basics of customer service standards Training program creation and implementation by following the company brand standards Creation/implementation and follow up of a yearly Food & Beverage calendar activity/promotion Knowledge about social medias, photos, events, etc.
