• Create project execution plans including proper method statements and schedule • Make estimations for timescales, work quantities and erection costs for projects • Engage and negotiate subcontractor for erection work in terms of time, cost and scope of work • Manage contract between the company and subcontractors • Monitor and report work progress for projects, and make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress • Perform project coordination by analyzing expenses and identify opportunities to save cost and time. • Manage and communicate stakeholders by closely working with others involved in projects to ensure the projects are run smoothly • Control and process all claim documents from subcontractors and suppliers, and PO for department and projects • Drive process improvement for project management and ISO within and across teams.
