- Has in-depth knowledge of infant and pregnancy nutrition and its effect on health and development; - Has in-depth knowledge of infant and pregnancy health care and development; - Constantly get and provide update on new findings and medical science related information on infant and pregnancy nutrition, infant and pregnancy care and development; - Understand company’s products on infant and pregnancy nutrition products (infant formula milk, children formula milk, pregnancy formula milk, baby and pregnancy care products, etc.) - Provide nutrition products and health care knowledge training to all Marketing and Customer Service Team, ensure all related teams have strong products and related knowledge; - Provide counsel and advise to consumers via phone call, e-mail, and on social media; - Organize round table, meetings, training, and symposium with Health Care Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders, and be the key speaker; - Maintain effective relationship with health professionals and Key Opinion Leaders; - Work with Marketing Team to create all related promotional materials; - Ensure marketing material produced are fully complied with WHO code and local regulatory guidelines; - Participate and contribute to marketing planning and execution; - Other works assigned by management;
