• Implement HR policy and procedure to alignment with the corporate direction and HR strategy • Manage and administer recruitment process by recruiting, testing ,interview program ,conducting and analyzing exit interview • Manage and administer employee wage, benefit & welfare, wellness & health • Implement and regularly update Human Resource Information System (HRIS) i.e. employee database • Establish, organize management skill & functional skill training & development plan in line with business needs and employee needs • Build up employee engagement through employee activity • Regularly update and maintain the organization structure, job description of all positions • Ensure corporate policy and hostel’s procedure compliance with labor law statutory and all regulatory concerns regarding employees.
