Jobs Description

1/ Recruitment Manager - 01 person - Responsible for all aspects of recruitment and selection from operational to professional staffs - Participate the recruitment activities (Job Fair, Job Presentation, Hiring Day, Social Activities else) - Responsible for placing online job announcement both internal & external channel - To ensure the hiring process have compliance to company policy, Required document else - Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved - Listen to staff’s feedback regarding company operation, and convey HR management message to all staffs - Resolve any misunderstand and conflicts between the company and employee(s). - Communicate in advance to related people of new staff on-boarding - Update weekly recruitment progress - Arrange all letter of confirmation, as transferring form, promotion form, job offer…etc - To ensure that JD has been documented for all roles - Prepare HR documents and employee contracts - Produce monthly recruitment report to head of department - Make annual human resource planning and budgeting. - Other tasks assigned by superior 2/ Recruitment Officer - 01 person: Support their direct supervisor in recruitment duties without restriction to - Schedule interview appointment - Meeting room and other necessary tool - Coordinate with Employment contract and on boarding - Building networking with relevant university or other institution - Support job announcement with all channels: social media, website as well as professional network - Other tasks as assigned by their superior

1/ Recruitment Manager (01) * University Graduated * Experiences in Recruitment more than 3 year * Networking with University and Vocational Institution * Mature person, Be able to deal with pressure, well organize * Be able to manage job fair and other social media channel * Involve with Corporate Social Responsibilities * Willingness to learn and growth with us 2/ Recruitment Officer (01) - 4th year university student - Good English, other is advantage - Passion, mature and willingness to learn and growth with HR - Experiences is not necessary as training will be provided
