- Draft correspondence, preparing documents; including drafting contracts, letters, legal advice - Communicate with government officers regarding our license, entity incorporation and others points. - Handle legal issues arising out with company involved the preparation of legal documents / contracts partners. - Disseminate legal knowledge to staffs - Perform legal duties and support direct supervisor - Translating legal documents - Advise on statutory compliance. - Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies. - Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as necessary
