Jobs Description

- Ensure bookkeeping spreadsheet effectively implemented, transparent, and accountable manner. - Ensure administrative procurement to smoothly implement. - Ensure office, asset inventories are properly registered and managed. - Build capacity of staff, policies and guidelines requirement. - Prepare monthly report, budget forecasting, budget request and cash consolidation sheet. - Maintain Chart of Account and enter finance data it spread sheet/QuickBooks system. - Report to CEO about expenses and cash flow transactions (cash in the bank and cash on hand) and provide recommendation actions to be taken. - Lead all procurement processes, make contract agreement, and closely check quality before making payment to the suppliers. - Manage staff roster including leaves and holiday. - Prepare and manage the daily and monthly salary or wage as well as the benefits sheet for the staff and workers. - Develop the plan of capacity building and appropriate training for the staff. - Keep and organize invoices, receipts, and cheques, and the relevant supporting. - Ensure stationery stock. - Develop, and monitor implementation of policies, guidelines, and procedure in the office and Farm. - Report daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually to CEO - Any other delegated tasks from CEO.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration major in Management, Accounting, Finance, and Banking. - At least 1 year experience in accounting and finance. - Knowledge of office administrative management - A dynamic personality willing to solve problems and make things work - Fluent in Khmer and English. Other languages would be an advantage. - Pro-active, independent, quick thinker, able to problem solve ‘on the go’ - Ability to represent Kampot Farm and Food Company in the public - Ability to multi-task – work on many projects simultaneously - Proficient in all Microsoft Office Application, internet, and email. Accounting software skills and knowledge – Quick Book is preferred - Ability to work to strict deadlines and work well under pressure. - Friendly and outgoing personality, as making key working relationships will be important - Ability to learn the new things, to work flexible hours, to travel and stay locally and nationally - Ability to take constructive criticism on board and makes adjustments accordingly - Receptive and open to new ideas and ready to develop new initiatives
