** Job Scope: In everyday work life, focus on the organizational climate and culture; Responsible for understanding the needs of the companies and customers in terms of best technical customer service; Communicate our vision, mission and goals. In close cooperation with the other leaders in the house cross-function, find solutions to daily problems and create new habits to avoid similar situations again; Inform the technical service management team about clients problems. Establish, promote and maintains business relationships current and prospective customers in the assigned territory; Make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers; Consults with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements; Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential; Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints; Coordinate sales effort with sales management, finance, logistics and technical service departments; Plan and organize weekly personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on Investment for the territory; Supply the management with oral and written reports weekly on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services; Follow up and handle effectively on purchase orders; Follow up and handle effectively outstanding payments; Identify and develop key opinion leaders within assigned territory; Contribute and become an influencer of a successful team by being positive and a team worker; Excellent organizational competencies and attention to detail.

Jobs Requirement

Education / Training Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree. Good speaking and writing competencies in Khmer; Fluent in English: understand, speak and write English at an understandable level. Minimum CEFR B2 level or higher. Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in sales. Competencies/Knowledge/Skills: Approx. 1 week per month of travelling to provinces; IT competencies, Microsoft Office; Effective communication competencies; Willing to work hard and strengthen competencies related to this job; Willing to contribute and help developing/growing the company; Trustworthy, respectful, responsible, positive mindset, and team worker.
