 Manage business projects involving tax strategy and planning, financial monitoring and reporting, regulatory compliance;  Identify issues, define symptoms and recommend solutions;  Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on our existing and new business units;  Build and manage relationships with peers within other practice areas of company;  Identify and mitigate tax risks and support in documenting and sharing of lessons learnt from each projects;  Keep up to date with any developments relating to tax and customs laws, regulations and practice;  Deal and communicate with the General Department of Taxation and Customs officials, especially with Tax Audit officers;  Peer review the work of other tax staff and provide constructive feedback as necessary;  Assist with tax audit matters and Drafting protest letters;  Other tasks assigned by the manager.

 University level qualifications in Tax, Law, Accounting and/or professional qualifications;  CAT or ACCA accreditation is a plus;  Minimum 3-5 years of experience and Passion for tax is a must;  Experience of advising international tax and inbound tax planning in Cambodia is a plus;  General knowledge of transfer pricing principles and application or willingness to develop such knowledge;  Proactive and attention to details is a requirement;  Excellent time management and organization skills;  Good people management skills;  Proficient in both spoken and written English.
