 Lead and prepare annual action plan for Treasury Unit;  Develop treasury and cash management policies and procedures;  Manage COMPANY’s asset and liabilities to be in line with company strategy;  Manage COMPANY liquidity to ensure that liquidity ratio are compliance COMPANY’s policy;  Ensure currencies risks are well managed;  Manage daily money market and Foreign Exchange;  Work closely with other Business Units to ensure strong liquidity management at all Business Units;  Work closely with FM to maintain good relationship with lenders and investors;  Calculate the cost of capital and manage interest rate risks;  Manage liabilities and ensure adequate fund to be paid to lenders as according to repayment schedule;

1. At least 3-5 year experiences in micro finance/ banking industry with minimum 2 year experiences in Treasury/ Cash management; 2. University degree in suitable area, preferably in Banking/Finance or Accounting; 3. Understand Cambodian legal framework including money and capital market in Cambodia; 4. Computer literate in spreadsheet, database and work processing programs; 5. Strong English skill both written and oral communication.
