The Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) is seeking for a medical doctor to work as fulltime staff at Rabies Prevention Center based in Kompong Cham province. The initial contract is offering for 1 year (renewable), as staff to the Vaccination Service, IPC. STARTING DATE: March 16th, 2020 RECRUITMENT CONDITIONS: -Cambodian nationality -Language skill required: English and/or French in addition to Khmer -Willing to work based at Kompong Cham province * MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES -Insure the activities of the Rabies Prevention Center according to the Standard Operation Procedures under the supervision of the head of IPC Vaccination Service -Consult and Prescribe Rabies Post-Exposure Prophylaxis protocol (PEP) to clients according to IPC Standard Operation Procedures -Provide scientific advice related to rabies PEP for clients via phone call, email and Facebook page -Maintain the database for documentation of patient clinical information and rabies PEP prescription (included entry and management of the data) -Manage the cold chain for storage of vaccines and immunoglobulins -Manage stock-inventory of the Rabies Prevention Center -Generate regular activity report -Communicate with management team and laboratory team at IPC -Supervise nurses -Manage specimens and laboratory results (specimen reception, shipment and test results) -Insure necessary opening of the centers during certain public holidays for the benefit of patients -Respect work timing and IPC internal rules

-Experiences in outpatient consultation and vaccination -Willing to work in prevention of rabies -Newly graduated medical doctors are also encouraged for application -High spirit of ethics responsibility and professionalism -Proficiency in Khmer and English and/or French
