- Monitor student learning and ensure the student learning is on par with the school curriculum - Work with International teachers and Khmer teachers to improve teaching quality, student learning and school program - Review Progress Reports for compliance and consistency with Canadian and Khmer Program - Maintain student records in accordance with regulatory and school requirements - Attend and conduct educational trainings as needed - Assist Academic Manager to in the supervision and improvement of lesson plans, teaching methodology, student assessment etc. - Understand and improve the school curriculums both Canadian and Khmer curriculum - Assist students to set goals and improve their academic performance - Execute program plans set by the Campus Manager - Assist Academic Manager in developing, evaluating and implementing the set goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, - Execute other tasks assigned by Campus Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field - At least 6 months experience in education field - Experience in international school is a plus - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines - Desire to learn new things and overcome new challenges - Punctual, reliable and responsible
