- Ensure the student learning and teaching quality meet the school curriculum expectations - Work with related persons to improve the school program and student academic performance - Set goals and implement and action plans to achieve a higher level of teaching and learning outcome - Lead, supervise and manage the academic team members to achieve school goals for student learning and teaching quality - Supervise, review and provide feedback to improve the lesson plans, teaching methodology, and student learning - Assist students to set goals and improve their academic performance - Develop training plans and evaluation procedure to improve academic team competency and performance - Review Progress Reports for compliance and consistency between Canadian and Khmer Program - Meet with parents to discuss student academic as well as other concerns - Maintain student academic records in accordance with regulatory and school requirements - Attend and conduct educational training and conferences as needed - Attend and plan school events as required by the campus manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field - Master degree is a plus - Minimum of 1-year experience in the education field is preferred - Experience in an international school is a plus - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - Experience managing a team is a plus - Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result - Desire to learn and overcome new challenges
