Positiomn: Channel Development Executive Department: Sales Report To: Regional Sales Manager Contract period: 4 Months • Come up with new ideas to create new standard of general Trend - Off premise channel • Communicate/Share Picture of Success clearly with Trade Marketing Manager • Release new Cooler planogram for every new product launching follow OBPPC • Manage branding budget • On time report & accuracy with detail analysis • Proper received request (alignment with RSM) • Proper install branding in outlets (follow process) • Come up with new creative ideas on POSM - as a world class (Die Cut poster, Direction sign, new menu stand, Shop Sign, light Box) • Stock control and update weekly on POSM • Track & update the POSM required & Purchase order requirement • Follow up from the PR & PO of all the requests • Coordinate for the agreed artworks, productions and stocks which produce in PP & Provinces. • Support Delivery POSM to MEP, MLP & WS and cascade down all communication to ASMs • Communicate timing available on POSM and on time delivery to relevant function. • Conduct monthly MIT to ensure outlets execution base on Picture of Success Standard and window drive. • Complete ad hoc projects as per agreed time frames • Deviations identified, reported and acted upon within agreed to time frames as they occur

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent or in a related area • At least 1 years’ experience in execution of PicOS & RED Activation and involvement of the brand activation • Good English speaking • Good communication and personal skill • Proficient in MS Office
