- Maintaining the building in good repairing of MEP system. - Assuring the electrical system in good working order. - All electrical are in good working order include call light, Emergency Power, Signals, Fire alarms and exit light. - Assuring all plumbing is in working order and in good repair. - Other tasks assigned by Manager
