- Control and monitor the bank operation of the branch to ensure that all activities run smoothly and within prescribed time and budgets - Train, guide and advise all subordinates as necessary - Promote the sales of banking products (Loan/Deposit and other bank products) - Provide marketing plan and strategy to hit branch KPI Ensure the security of the branch through managing branch's assets/security/ and all staff - Other tasks assign by top management

- Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Qualification in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent - Proven and strong financial sales and business development experience plus strong and solid negotiation skills - Superior communication, interpersonal land leadership skill with the ability to influence outcomes - Have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in branch banking operation management and credit supervision - Have a sound understanding of the industry and market trends/development. 1.
