- Check daily sales order and invoice (including debit/credit note) issued to distributors. - Key Receipts into JDE system and check daily sales collections against sales order/invoice issued. - Check credit note issued to distributors (payment for distributors’ claim). - Knock off receipts, debit/credit notes and invoices in JDE system after sales update is run by superior. - Receive and check sales collection, issue invoice and receipt for non-trade sales (sales of scrap/miscellaneous items, spent grain, fixed asset disposal and POS materials at souvenir shop etc). - Update daily sales invoice, debit/credit note and collection in a master file control of daily sales transaction. - Prepare daily sales collection report. - Generate and check Account Receivable Aging report. - Reconcile accrual and prepayment accounts related to OtC section. - Prepare gratis report

- Recognized degree in accountancy or business administration - Preferably one-two-year of similar job scope. - Sound knowledge of operational accounting duties, proficient in Microsoft office application. - Experience in reporting and accounting - FMCG financial experience
