- Responsible for overall accounting and financial operation function. - Setting up chart of account, items and design form in software - Coordinate and solve accounting works if there is any problem - Monitor and check accounting documents, invoice, receipt, purchase order, payment - Issue invoice to customers and ensure bill invoices match with contract - Control and review Account payable and Account receivable - Managing day to day accounting transaction journal entries, review payment voucher receipt voucher done by cashier (If there is) - Record all Transactions into System (QuickBooks) - Monitor cash on hand & Cash bank balance account - Reconcile bank statement with book statement - Prepare monthly tax declaration - Prepare monthly financial reports - Prepare monthly and yearly tax returns and other tax and customs compliance documents
