 Ensure suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement  Ensure the purchase request process is completed and executed in compliance to policies  Compile a monthly report on prices comparison for major categories of purchases with market  Ensure that FIFO of stock management is implemented effectively & efficiently  Lead subordinates to ensure that there is no error or any mistakes in keying Data into Peachtree System/Excel  Always on the look-out for new suppliers and best possible prices and quality  Obtain quotations from various suppliers and negotiate for the best prices  Cooperate with HR manager to set JD, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for team and Dept  Ensure documents are stored in a systematic order in archives  Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 At least 3-7-year experience with purchasing or procurement work-related  Bachelor degree of any fields is required  Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus  Results-driven, self-motivate, high patience and be able to work with tight deadline  Positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty
