- Keep motivating the students to learn and make them enjoy learning, - Teach students with care and love, and responsibilities, - Create more opportunities for the students to talk, express themselves in English from day to day, - Use all the assessment criteria to evaluate students’ progress, - Be willing to change and update teaching techniques in order to provide the quality learning to the students, - Keep in touch with parents to help them to observe their children’s manner at school and at home and provide help as much as possible, - Participate and get involved in school’s training, workshops to strengthen knowledge and techniques which is beneficial in the career of a teacher, - Maintain and respect school disciplines and rules, - Do other tasks assigned by the Campus Manager.
