- To develop our products image among doctors, pharmacies in line with Company vision and ethics. - Implementation of monthly marketing plans to achieve sales objective of the company. - To analyze results and situations, monitor competitor’s activities and adjust action plan in accordance with management strategies. - Spend within budget. - To develop a working relationship with relevant organizations/societies of the assigned portfolios. - Sales & Profit objectives achieved. - Conduct research on a regular basis to ensure strategies are on track and investment is valid. - Provide input and direction to sales at cycle meetings and for state based meetings if required by sales management. - KOL development – to build and maintain regular contact with KOL and develop speakers. - Training material development and execution of product training plans in conjunction with the Country Manager. - To initiate and coordinate Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs including round table discussions, public forums, video & slide presentations with the sales management and sales team.
