Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Officer has to ensure that all private and common areas and parking are well maintained and in good conditions: - Inspect the areas and MEP equipment according to routine schedule - Inform the Property Manager of any emergency problem and fix it after approval of PM - Perform the Internal Preventive Maintenance Program - Facilitate the activities of outsourced suppliers, including MEP suppliers - Maintain proper records of Maintenance, Inspections, Repairs - Manage & control the Maintenance stock – Tools and basic equipment - Perform general physical activities, Handling and Moving objects - Perform general cleaning of technical areas and basements, roof top - Purchase equipments - Test and treat the water of Swimming pool - Carry out any other activities link with his scope of activities (ex: Technical support for basics requests coming from the occupants of flats)

- Knowledge of the principles of scheduled / preventive maintenance - Very good knowledge of MEP equipment - Good communication skills - Previous experiences in the same area (Offices Building / Condominium) - Bachelor Degree / Technical - Electrical and Plumbing - Able to understand and communicate in English is a plus
