• Assist Head of Risk Management in developing risk management process, managing and overseeing the entire Bank’s risk management which includes operational risk, market and liquidity risk, credit risk, and regulatory/ compliance risk in accordance with regulation and policies. • Work with internal stakeholders within the Bank to identify and close gaps in the risk management process through continuous improvement. • Prepare regular Risk Reports (weekly/bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly) as required by Bank’s management and Board. • When the risk indicators are outside the established or approved limits or in the event of breach(es), raise and discuss with the responsible functional heads to gain a full understanding. The breach(es) have to be highlighted in any risk report at the senior management and Board levels. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and measures as set by the regulators (NBC & CAFIU) and other relevant government ministries. • Build risk awareness among the Bank’s staff through providing support and training.

• Cambodian nationality • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent; • Minimum 2 years working experience in banking industry, especially in lending and credit writing skills; • Ability to work independently under pressure and with confidence including dealing with senior management, directors and regulators. • Solid knowledge of Risk and Compliance framework and policies/guidelines, banking operations, processes and control including AML/CFT and sanctions policy and application. • Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
