Food & Beverage Manager Position available Sihanoukville Naia Resort – Otres 2 beach is looking for a dedicated f & b manager to run our boutique hotels beach bar restaurant – pool bar restaurant – room service as well as events If you are a current f& b manager – assistant f & b manager or senior supervisor and looking to take that next step – Naia Resort could be the place for you. Located at Otres 2 Beach – Sihanoukville – about 7klm from the city – Naia has established a reputation for good food and cocktails – and hosting events from 10-100 – Our dedicated team have been delivering great food to our guests since 2015 This position is very hands on- shift work required – and must have knowledge of stock control and monthly stock taking as well as hands on approach to staff training and working closely with the Head Chef.
