- Communicate by email to high-end US and UK-based clients - Advise and create itinerary proposals for direct clients in the luxury market to tour Indochina through email and phone calls. - Provide first class customer service and deliver touring product knowledge to partners in the UK, the US and other parts of the world in the luxury travel and leisure industry through email and occasionally through phone calls. - Aim to achieve high sales conversion through employing different sale strategies and building strong product knowledge of experiences the company offers in Indochina. - Expand/maintain good business relationships with new and existing partners to ensure partners’ clients satisfaction and to generate future business. - Help the team to set objectives and achieve the monthly and annual sales targets. - Create, analyze and present sales related reports to the management team when required. - Negotiate deals and build relationships with local and regional suppliers including hotels, restaurants and other tour operators. - Maintain a high level of communication with partners, suppliers and the team.
