• Make plane and manage recruitment and selected the application to fill internal and External vacancy • Build good relationship with hiring manager for recruitment needs; • Sourcing, tracking and hiring of qualify candidates; • Arrange interviews in accordance with panel member’s availability • Prepare job offer letter and employment contract for successful candidates • Make hiring and recruitment report • Prepare employee promotion letter, salary increase, salary deduction, termination letter etc. • Arrange new employee’s induction program • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. • Minimum 01 Year experience in HR • Good in problem-solving skill • Good interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure • Good command of English and computer literate.
