- Control and order all construction materials including internal and external. - Update ordering schedule and delivery timeline. - Looking for a better solution to get all items of purchasing demand on time and fit with the requirement. - Research for the most potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers - Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing - Track orders and ensure timely delivery - Review quality of purchased products - Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. - Monitors stock levels and place orders as management command - Coordinate with stock controllers to ensure proper storage - Other tasks as required by management

- Bachelor degree or other relevant field - At least 1 years of work experience with relate field - Good computer skill such as Words, Excel or etc - Good negotiation skills, good communicator and think creatively - Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility - Be flexible and good in decision-making 4.
