** Sales and Marketing Management - Formulate strategic marketing and sales plan (with support from Manager) - Manage and control the implementation of marketing and sales plan - Follow up and report on sales and marketing progress weekly and monthly ** Target and Team Management - Manage to have sales target achieved among the team - Control the workflow and procedures within the team - Analyze team’s capacity as well as individual’s capacity regularly and suggest external trainings or prepare internal trainings to strengthen the team ** Service Management - Train the subordinators to make sure they fully understand the service terms and able to explain to clients - Stay updated with the service teams for any changes to the service due to relevant law amendment or Brokas and review the sale procedures, terms and conditions accordingly - Propose new service in case you find the opportunity and possibility - Ensure the service quality to clients ** Client Management - Build good relationship with clients in hand, especially potential clients - Get feedback/comment from clients regularly to improve our service delivery ** Others - Regularly attend the trainings both internal and external to strengthen the capacity in order to manage the work effectively and efficiently - Support Manager on strategic works - Other tasks assigned Manager

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum bachelor degree of related fields - Minimum 3 years of experience on sale and marketing - At least 1 year experience in managing a team work - High level of English proficiency, written and spoken ** GOOD TO HAVE, BUT NOT REQUIRE  Can speak Chinese  Knowledge on Google drive  Experience of sale and marketing in the same service company will be a very strong plus  Trainings on sale and marketing  Being flexible and being able to handle complex and changing client’s environment  Proactive and willing to learn  Problem analysis and solving  Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in working hours  Public speaking skill  Good communication  Good negotiation skill ** BENEFIT AND COMPENSATION  Competitive salary based on qualification and experience  Commissions  Health insurance  Training opportunities Deadline: Application open until filled Interested candidate can submit CV and Cover Letter with your expected salary via email or at office address below.
