- Define the potential market segmentation of Nano Credit Customers (small unsecured credit customers) - Supervise team by providing guidance, training, coaching, motivating, recognizing, and building the Nano Credit Team’s competencies to ensure their high performance quality for their jobs, tasks and compensation - Build the customers’ pipelines and explore the potential customers of the minor unsecured loan known as a Nano Credit - Regularly monitor the performance of Nano Credit portfolio to ensure that credit quality, pricing, loan outstanding in order to meet the Nano Credit (small unsecured loan) target annually - Review Nano loan’s assessment before submit to CAD (Credit Approval Discretion) approval - Monthly follow up trend of the loan repayment of the Nano Credit Customers - All other matters ancillary to the above-mentioned and to perform any others related duties that management may require
