- First point of contact for suppliers regarding contracting - Responsible for all supplier contracts being up to date - Track overrides and implement actions when necessary to hit threshold ( including tactical officer ) - Responsible for barter agreements being monitored - Measure and communicate product performance both internally and externally - IT and server maintenance in cooperation with the IT service provider - Excellent relationship building skill for new and existing supplier - Exceptional communication skill both internally and externally - High level of initiative - Superb organizational skills - Demonstrate an understanding of Diethelm Travel customer needs

- Applicants with experience in this or similar roles will be preferred - Fluent in English with excellent writing skills - Knowledge of IT and database management - you will ideally have substantial experience working in travel industry
