- Oversee salary changes, compensation, deductions, bonus, vacation payouts and benefits for employees. - Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems - Submit the staff payroll on time to Finance - Ensure all payroll is processed accurately and timely. - Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain employee payroll records and attendance data for future references. - Monitor daily attendance, absences, leave and solve any issue related to attendance - Monitor the staff benefits such as: gasoline, Over time calculation, food allowance, - Revise commission for sale staffs based the management approval - Prepare monthly NSSF list for all staffs for Finance - Other tasks as assigned by the manager
