Ensure all IP network elements to operate 24x7. Run major services in redundant mode, plan and ensure enough network capacity. Plan the network, and develop procedures and plans for effective and reliable network operation. - Maintain proper network monitoring setup, correctness of alarms and timely troubleshooting of arising problems; - Establish and support site-to-site and remote VPN connections; - Manage and supervise management of enterprise IP address space; - Ensuring regular backup of routers’ and switches’ configuration; - Support of installation and removal of IP network equipment and other hardware in company premises; - Manage tasks in network team by distributing those among the team members; - Make configuration and change management of routers, switches, firewalls and other equipment; - Propose more effective ways to run the operations, offer new effective procedures and solutions. - Be updated about new solutions, platforms etc that appear in the world of IP networks. - Run periodical security checks, analysis of the IP network for outside and inside access security. - Propose new policies creation as well as adjustment of current policies for IT network area.

- 5 years of working experience with IP routing - University graduated in IT field - High attention to details, preferably someone who has studied abroad - Proactive, energetic, self confident - Good in English, both written and spoken - Self-Starter - Able to work under pressure
