As the RNOP Manager, you will be managing, developing and leading a team of engineers responsible for: - Radio network Planning and Optimization of GSM / UMTS / LTE NR; - Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF Planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), performance monitoring, drive test log analysis, site engineering, network audit, etc; - Trialing, tuning and implementing of GSM / UMTS / LTE / NR - - Radio network features VoLTE / SRVCC / CSFB troubleshooting and optimization

-Lead and mentor other Planning team members to continuously develop their technical knowledge and RF design competency. -Proactively, communicate, create and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships. -Supporting Enterprise Sales, Smart@Home and Retail teams as well as addressing customer requests and network-related inquiries. -Effectively present a design and its justification internally and externally. -Review, update and maintain, and enforce RF design standards and guidelines that are consistent with industry standards. -Develop and manage design configuration control to efficiently manage and organize design documentation from concept to completion. -Demonstrate ability to drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining network performance KPIs. -Demonstrate subject matter expertise in wireless network design, performance testing, and network optimization. -Track and manage all projects, provide analysis and trends on these projects, and prepare reports and analyses necessary for internal and external customer meetings and presentations.
