-Manage all cash management functions including cash collections, payments, account funding as well as credit management. -Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital need, manage forex exposure, invest short term excess cash. -Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections. -Preparation of cash flow forecasts for the entire company taking into consideration the capital expenditure needs -Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank & service fees to minimise cost of debt & maximize returns -Manage any short term/long term borrowing requirements of the company and any capital raising exercise -Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures and any external covenants -Develop and monitor treasury/corporate finance operational policies. -Oversee the overall credit management function of the company -Manage all the SmartLuy cash operations

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance - Complete ACCA is highly preferable - At least 5 years’ experience in Financial or Accounting Management or Treasury - Experienced candidates with SAP Accounting Software is preferable - Good in both written and spoken English - Strong analytical skill - Be honest, committed and possess a good interpersonal skill - Dynamic and pleasant personality - Be flexible and high initiative - Good interpersonal and communication skill - Computer skill (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)
