Jobs Description

- Market bank products to individuals and firms, promote bank services that may meet customer’s needs. - Review the MSME loan application (Micro loan application if need) that submitted from branches. - Verify and clarify the loan before submit to Department/MSME Credit Committee. - Assess and Analyze applicants’ sources of income/ financial status/ cash flow, background/ credit history and collateral/ property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans. - Liaise and build good cooperation with local authority, partner, and all stakeholder. - Coordinate the loan application from branches and ensure that all loans are comply with the guidelines, procedures, memos, and policies. In case the loan applications had some deviations must be state clearly and suggestion if have any risks. -Provide the recommendations of the loans that were assess to MSME Lending Evaluation Manager /Deputy/Head Department/MSME Credit Committee. - Conduct the site visit of collateral/properties, businesses, and other information of the MSME loans. - Present the loan to Department/MSME Credit committee. - Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. - Closely monitor and follow up the branches on requirement from Department/MSME Credit Committee. - Raise up all lend issues from branches and suggestion the ways for improving to MSME Lending Evaluation Manager. - Perform other duties will be assigned by superior.

Jobs Requirement
