- Responsible for monthly and yearly account closing, providing overall direction and manage the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the Company, ensure that all accounting and financial transactions system and procedures comply with rules and regulations, international accounting standards as well as Revenue Codes. - Activities include financial reporting, taxation, vendor credit control, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and forecasting. - Lead and develop a team of accounting staff to ensure that all activities are completed accurately and on time.

• Khmer nationality, Male or Female, Age 35 yrs old up • Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting • Good command of spoken and written English • At least 10 years in Accounting functions in managing and leading Accounting Team preferably experienced in any inbound tour business. • Strong competency in ACCPAC or Navision accounting software is preferable • Analytical and logical thinking • Honest, committed and goal-oriented • Proactive, initiative, independent and customer-service minded • Strong leadership and good team player • Computer literate in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word, e-mail, internet
