Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing the Customer Services area and counter activities at the branch to ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction as well as good customer experience, conducting on the job coaching and mentoring to all Customer Service Officers and Tellers to ensure they perform according to the policies and procedures, and taking care of the branch cleanliness to ensure sanity as well as security guards to ensure security at the branch. Job Responsibilities: -Oversee and ssess customer service staff activities at the branch to ensure the smoothness and service experience to all type of customers -Participate in the development of Customer Services strategies to make sure the services quality and satisfaction -Conduct cross-sell with existing and new customers especially toward deposit products to support the monthly target at the branch level -Execute the direct supervision over Customer Service Officer (CSO) to ensure they are able to perform the job following service standard policies and procedures -Review, verify, and advise CSO account opening applications both hard copy and in system to make sure they are all complied with service and system policies and procedures -Conduct on-the-job coaching and development and performance-related feedback over customer services and sales skills to all CSOs to make sure they have enough capacity to perform the role -Conduct daily monitoring and evaluation of accounts opening and sales volume to ensure quality and target achieved -Manage tasks and lead counter staff to ensure they are well prepared, smooth workflow, good communication, be ready for providing service, and all coming clients are promptly served -Manage and enforce the implementation of customer relationship in purpose of cross selling in order to support branch yearly target -Authorize in system on cash and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures to ensure transaction are timely and accurately processed Service and cash counter controlling both physical and environment in order to be ready for daily operations Other tasks assigned by BM following business needs Job Qualifications: -Have at least bachelor's degree in any fields -Have experiences, not exceeding 5 years in similar role -Have experiences and/or understanding in customer centricity, agile delivery, etc. -Be innovative and think out of the box -Have internal drive to achieve goals/excellence/efficiencies -Have intrapreneurship with good networking -Provide effective strategies and action plans -Develop subordinates and share best practices with peers -Have team leadership skills How to apply: Click on “Apply” button in this page.
