- Making reservations and orders every service as requested from Sales department. - Update tour costing and ensure trips are running following the provisional budget and profitability. - Report to the manager and ensure incoming reports from field staff. - Apply and manage Logistic and Analytic documents, ensure tour quality according to program details. - Ensure all guides, tour leaders and customers receive up to date tour information / documents. - Join tours and organize surveys and inspections. - Prepare material and deliver on time, follow up material list.

- Able to prioritize, manage time and work with deadlines. - Flexible and a positive attitude. - Problem solving - Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel). - Being responsible and proactive. - Outgoing personality, energetic and willing to work hard. - Willing to travel frequently around Siem Reap.
