•To review and approve transactions processed by the Branch Service Processing Officers; •To established workflow and effective implementation by Branch Services Processing Officers to ensure that the transactions processed are free from errors, fast and efficient; •To develop guidelines and procedures regarding services processed at the centralized office; •To develop and provide training programs relating to the services processed to ensure that staff are all aware of the process and procedures in place, to drive for results, while risks are properly managed; •To support the development, communication and performance of the services processed at branches and at centralized office; •Other tasks assigned by the management.

•Bachelor degree in Banking or other related fields. •At least 3-year experience related to transactions processing with Bank/MFI is preferable, •Ability to work effectively in a team and/or time-pressured environment. •Organizational, time management, and strong communication skills (written and verbal) •Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. •Attention to details and accuracy
