Job Summary: This role is to achieve the overall Key Result Areas as well as managing own portfolio of agencies through business development, business review and administration, communication and relationship management, and quality assurance & customer service management. Key Responsibilities: •Drive the company’s key initiatives and growth by working together with the DOA to strategize and plan for agency sales activities and programs •Ensure continuity in the agency distribution through identification and appointment of new leaders •Recruit agents and manage, monitor and review their productivity •Act as a focal point to communicate between Company and Agency Force •Communicate and disseminate key information and company directions to the agency force and garner feedback for effective decision-making •Manage the morale and expectations of the agency force to ensure that they remain productive and competitive •Manage and review issues with relation to compliance and ensure best practices among own location

•Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline •At least 2 years of relevant working experience •Possess great communication, customer service, and interpersonal skill •Proficient in verbal and written English * Only applications submitted through our portal will be reviewed.
