A. Dimensions of the Position: (line report and role function) - Reporting to Finance Manager - Assisting Senior Finance with any tasks assigned by the Finance Manager and Head of Finance. B. Role and Responsibilities  1- Management - Insuring the cash income is handled in time. - In charge of counting the cash of our events every weekend and filling in accounting data. - Handle all of the monthly cash payment from staff’s rental. - Manage Drink Stock in and out - Helping to declare the taxation. - Work closely with senior account and Finance Manger 2-Booking in Excel Sheet -  Book food payment to Catering and all expenses -  Record all expenses and the receipts from Catering spending 3-  Admin -   File all documents and receipts by monthly. -  Check and control office Supplies -  Perform other tasks as required by the management C.  Leadership and Problem Solving  - Flexible, adapt, and learn fast - Self-motivated and cultivate a positive workplace environment - Good communication

- At least be a three or fourth-year student of Business Administration, Accounting, or other related fields. - Have some working experience in the related field is an advantage. ** Skills:  - Strong interpersonal and communication skill - Ms, Word, Excel - QuickBook (if any) ** Behaviors:  - Enjoy with team working - Honest, professional, and responsible - Happy to learn new things - High commitment
