A. Dimensions of the Position: (line report and role function) - The position will report to Head of IT. - Be an enthusiastic, proactive and engaged member of the growing agile ICF Cambodia IT team. B. Role and Responsibilities - Answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from a remote location. - Setup and maintain computer systems and networks across the three ICF Cambodia sites. - Support common business and productivity software. - Take responsibility, lead small IT projects and complete them in time and budget. - Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professional across the whole organization. - Actively engage in the daily agile meetings. - Priorities and manage many open cases at one time. - Work continuously on a task until completion. - Buy and replace parts as required. - Potential development possibility to become IT team lead.

Knowledge: - Troubleshooting of hard- and software issues for Windows and Mac systems. - Troubleshooting issues for Android and iOS mobile devices. - Network knowledge to diagnose and solve hard- and software related network faults. - Domain, services and asset management via Google G Suite. - Printer installation and management. - Synology NAS management. - Medium skills to fix Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS related issues. Skills: - Fluent English speaking. - Ability to work well in a team. - Listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. - Problem solving skills. - Ability to priorities workload. - Attention to detail. - 2+ years’ experience in IT.
