Job Descriptions - Responsible for staff recruitment and selection process. - Write and develop job description, and requirement; decide which channel in social media or recruitment website to post. - Ensure a huge amount of quality candidates flood in. - Prepare and update employment records related to hiring. - Screen applicants to find the best match for open positions. - Contact candidates for job offer. - Perform background check for selected candidates. - Prepare induction program and ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed. - Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc. - Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field. - 2 years of experience in candidate recruiting required. - Recruiting experience within construction & real estate are plus - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Be able to work under tight timeline. - Ability to interface and communicate with all levels of the organization. - Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information. - Must be a self-starter, problem-solver, & positive mine set. - Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. - Good English and Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading. Working Hour & Day: - Monday-Friday, (Saturday: From 8:00 AM – 15:00PM) - From 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM - Lunch time (12pm-13pm).
