• Responsible for all legal-related matters within company and its affiliates, which can be in the forms of, but not limited to: • Maintaining orderly safe keeping of all original contracts, amendments, licenses, permits and other legal documents. • Reviewing, amending or drafting of contracts or MOUs following the Group or Regional templates and rules, including coordination, seeking advices from VPCA, regional legal team and local lawyers, if necessary. • Ensuring that Group and Regional policies are adapted with the local contracts/agreements • Arranging documents required and processing the application or renewal of licenses and permits, including but not limited to, construction permits and licenses, VAT/Patent certificate renewal • Preparing, coordinating with commercial and finance team, sending and following up debt recoveries from defaulting customers • Assisting the VPCA on board and shareholder’s resolutions and minutes of meetings • Coordinating with HR Department on legal administrative tasks including employment contracts drafting and review, insurance scoping and negotiation, assessment of third-party HR service providers • Coordinating with local and regional legal team/lawyers on all legal-related matters, queries, cases, issues and concerns • Keeping abreast and updating the VPCA on any new Cambodian or regional regulations or amendments affecting TC and its affiliates and ensuring TC and its affiliates’ compliance.

• Educational background: Bachelor of Law graduate having minimum three years’ experience in corporate environment. • Skills: Having an analytical mind able to see the complexities of procedures and Cambodian regulations. Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer languages, both written and verbal. • Knowledge: Thorough Knowledge on relevant Cambodia Law.
