** Main Responsibilities 1. Assists Head of Marketing in developing event plans and strategies; 2. Plans, executes, and evaluates all events that align with company strategies including coordination, oversees plans, budgets, and liaises with suppliers; 3. Responsible for the marketing conceptualization, planning, formulation and integrated communication and public relation strategy that support the brand position of the company project 4. Conducts market research of Cambodia real estate industry development situation, monitor and create new idea for campaigns; events to fulfill the market requirement 5. Well leading in the preparation of business plans 6. Building good relationship with social media supplier & agency 7. Create new ideas and effective marketing strategy and direction 8. In charge to prepare marketing planning 9. Other tasks assigned by top management 10. Develops training materials for internal staff and tenants (event management, customer service training, brand guideline training, business plan, etc.); 11. Develops new automation systems and platforms to ensure smooth operation of Department of Event (stock control, data collection, reporting, etc); 12. Guides the branding for all relevant stakeholders; demonstrates an accurate eye for aesthetics and detail; 13. Monitors the accuracy of information on the company's website, Facebook, or other Medias. 14. Preparing and managing Advertising Schedule for advertising agency. 15. Work closely with the Sales team in developing commercial propositions and customers plans to strengthen customer partnership and loyalty 16. Develop ideas and plans for direct marketing and activation events ** Research & Development: - Research and develop the potential trend, channels, and related digital activities to lead the market trend; - Monitor competitors’ activities and market trend. ** Performs other duties as assigned by GM.

** Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or other related field; - Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in event management or marketing;- - Knowledge of Digital Marketing; ** Event management skill - Communication and presentation skill; - Good spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus; - MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Skill in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, etc. is preferable; - Skill in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, ...etc. is preferable; Skill in Photography & Videography is preferable; - Result-oriented and high commitment; - Multi-tasking; - Good attitude and inter-personal skills; - Good team work. ** Staff Benefit 1.
