- Leads the Sales and Marketing Function, including overseeing the sales team. This includes interviewing, hiring, supervising and developing all direct reports. Developing, reporting, and updating of plans for sales team members in timely manner. - Develops the annual marketing plan, prepares update to the plan, reviews and updates action plans. Prepare specific action plans and related budgets for achieving sales targets. - Manage budgeting/financial process including revenue goals. - Responsible for contract development and maintenance. - Analyzes past sales data, project future opportunities and a keen understanding of the fundamental of Revenue Management. - Direct the development and implementation of business plans, service level agreements, policies and procedures. - Represents hotel at various tradeshows and other business events.

- Requires university degree in Hotel and Hospitality / Business Management. - At least 2 years in Sales & Marketing supervisory with 5-star hotel and apartments. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. - Ability to train and develop team members and the ability to motivate staff. - Strong leadership and a good team player. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & E-mail. - Proficient in spoken, English Chinese or Japanese and written English. ** We offer competitive salary and fringe benefits to the right candidate.
