This position will report directly to the Accounting Manager. - Prepare related documents for transactions with customers and suppliers - Deposit cheques to bank on behalf of Bakong Village and its suppliers - Collect bank statements and other documents from banks - Follow up on customer’s installment payments and credits - Deliver and pickup documents to and from Bakong Village partners - Prepare and submit cheque voucher forms for required transactions - Control settlement of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - Control loan data in spread sheet and take urgent action for any late repayment

- Khmer National; Good written & spoken English and Khmer - 4-Year education at an accredited institution – Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - 2-3 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance - General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbook online - Required to travel to banks and suppliers’ location from time to time - Independent and able to work under minimal supervision - Reliable, patient, and willing to solve problems - Open-minded and excited to be part of a fast-paced, start-up environment ** Working Hours & Reporting Working Hours: Approx. 48 hours per week; Monday to Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM with occasional offsite work.
