Duties & responsibilities: • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies • Create and update expense reports • Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers. • Process reimbursement forms • Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Prepare bank deposits • Enter financial transactions into accounting software (QuickBooks or Peachtree) • Check petty cash in spreadsheets for accuracy • Ensure the dividend properly shared according to the company's policies. • Coordinate with internal and external auditor to ensure accounting record and accounting report are accurate. • Maintain digital and physical financial records • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed • Participate in auditing process internally and externally. • Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirement: • Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or relevant field • At least 3-5 years’ experience in accounting field • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is a plus • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures • Familiarity with finance regulations • Have strong leadership and high responsibilities • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Peachtree etc.) • Organization skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Be honest and friendly • Able to work under pressure How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit resume along with cover letter to the contact below: HR Department Address: # 20, St 217, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Work Location: Chrey Thom, Kandal.
