- Interface between the stores and Head office - Holding Main Franchise which import from other country - Set up and implement stores in the term of quality with his/her team - Ensure all that all stores run in with all procedures established (Commercial, hygiene, Security, legal rules…….) - Create new products and research products development - Provide staff and therapists training & coaching - Prepare monthly operation and staffs target paining - Set monthly staff roster - External and internal problem solving - Participates in different strategies to develop the company - Ensure that all document are properly recorded (stock inventory, stock, order, waste…..) - Focus on the daily sales a achievements, margin, sleeping stock ………….. - In charge of all stores exploitation (sales, margin, display…………….) - Evaluates the competition by visit with his/her store manager - Stock inventory - Abilities to handle list store - Work closely with all departments (profit & lose) - Other duties as assigned from time to time by manager
